AliceBlue Florist offers custom floral arrangements that bring charm, color, and elegance to your gathering. Let us help make your event truly unforgettable—book our Flower Truck today! Weekday Wedding & Event Rentals Starting at $1,950 Available Tuesday to Friday ( Truck season: mid-June to end of September) Includes: • 3 hours onsite + 30 mins setup + 30 mins pack-up • Your choice of: – 35 petite bouquets (6 stems each) – OR 70 mini bouquets (3 stems each) → Total of 210 stems Add-Ons: • Upgrade to vase arrangements: +$350 (70 vases) • Additional 45 mins: – 15 petite bouquets / 30 mini bouquets (90 stems): +$530 – OR 30 vases: +$680 • Additional 90 mins: – 35 petite bouquets / 70 mini bouquets (210 stems): +$1,150 – OR 70 vases: +$1,500 • Custom stickers or ribbon with couple’s names & wedding date: +$90 Additional Info: • Mileage charge: Towing service is mandatory for event location more than 15km from studio +$300 +$5/km • Weekend bookings: +$299 surcharge (Please book via the Weekend Booking page) ***Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.***
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Late payment may result in cancellation without refund. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted by email. • 9+ months’ notice: Full refund of deposit • 3–9 months: 50% refund • Less than 3 months: Store credit valid for 12 months No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to personal changes, vendor issues, or loss of venue. Weather Policy Our flower truck cannot operate in rain or high humidity. • Clear weather: Full flower truck setup outdoors • Rainy weather: Indoor floral cart setup with the same service and quantity. A 20% refund will apply. The client must ensure both outdoor and indoor setup space is available. AliceBlue Florist will confirm setup 10–14 days before the event based on the forecast. If it rains within 2 hours before or 1 hour after the start time, we may switch to the indoor cart setup. If the client cannot accommodate or declines this setup, no refund will be given. Vintage Vehicle Disclaimer Due to the nature of our vintage vehicle, unforeseen issues may arise that affect its performance or transport. AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to substitute the truck with an alternate display or setup if necessary. In the rare event of cancellation from our end, a full refund will be issued. Permissions & Approvals Clients are responsible for securing all required permits and approvals from the city or venue. No refund will be given for cancellations or delays caused by failure to do so. Access & Setup Clients must provide accessible, legal parking on level ground. We require 1 hour for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup. Delays due to poor access or venue restrictions may shorten or cancel service without refund. Liability AliceBlue Florist is not liable for injuries, allergies, weather delays, road closures, or damages caused by guests or vendors. The client is liable for any damage to our truck, cart, or floral displays. Overtime & Add-ons Same-day overtime is $250 per 30 minutes (subject to availability). Add-ons and final bouquet quantities must be confirmed 14 days in advance and cannot be reduced afterward. Truck Interior Access Interior access is available for photoshoots only, with prior approval and a $300 deposit. For weddings and events, the truck interior is off-limits.
