Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Products are uaually shipped in 1-3 Bussiness. Porcessing time for customized product will be longer (up to 5 Bussiness days). For details, see individual items.

 

Delivery within Canada & USA

All shippments are trackable. Estemated delivery time is NOT gareenteed and it is vary among differnt areas.
Canada: 2-12 business days
USA: 3-14 business days

Local pick up at studio (Vancouver, Canada) can be scheduled as check out.

International shipping

Please note that all standard international shipment are NON-trackable. Buyers are responsible for the risk of lost, damaged, or stolen parcels. We'd strongly recommoned buyers to upgrade the shipping method to make sure orders are tracable and insured. Please contact us for any shipping service upgrades.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Due to the nature of preservative fluids, items inside the Hana Bottle will move around. The position of flower may change during the shipping process.

 

Please keep in mind that no two flowers are the same. The product(s) you receive might slightly vary from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

 

The colors of products when viewed on your computer monitor may appear different than the actual color of the merchandise. We make every attempt to give you a good representation of the available colors for each product sold, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact match. Dye lot variance of 1 to 2 shades is considered normal.

Handling & Maintenance

   - Do not open the bottle.

   - Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. The flowers can last several months to years, with some fading over time.

   - Use a hair dryer on the lowest setting to remove dust.

  

Safety

   - Keep away from heat and open flames.

   - Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest the preservative.  

   - Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or inhalation. Seek medical help if needed.

   - If broken, clean with warm water and soap.
