AliceBlue’s Flower Truck makes the perfect backdrop for your next photoshoot! Whether it’s for engagement photos, maternity sessions, branding shoots, or simply capturing something special, our vintage 1972 VW truck adds a whimsical, floral touch to any scene. Styled with seasonal blooms and soft details, Gromit is ready to bring charm and character to your shoot. Photoshoot Truck Rental Starting at $199/hour Available Tuesday to Friday (Truck Season: mid-June to end of September) Minimum 2-hour booking Options: • Just the truck, no flowers: $199/hour • Upgrade to half-loaded flower truck (passenger side floral display): $750/hour (Includes all the flowers for you to keep) • Access to the inside of the truck: $300 deposit Additional Info: • Mileage charge: $0.85/km (after 30 minutes from studio) • Bookings outside of truck season may be considered depending on weather and availability – please contact us directly
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled session. If full payment is not received on time, AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be made in writing by email. 14+ days’ notice: Eligible for rescheduling within the same truck season (subject to availability) Less than 14 days: Treated as cancellation with no refund or rescheduling Weather Policy – Photoshoots Our vintage truck cannot operate in rain or high humidity. No tent or indoor cart setup is available for photoshoots. In case of forecasted rain, clients may choose to: Reschedule the shoot to another available date within the same season, or Cancel and receive a 50% refund, only if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the session. If it is raining within 2 hours before the start time and/or within 1 hour after, AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to cancel the truck setup. If rescheduling is not possible and the client cannot accommodate, the booking will be considered a cancellation. Setup Time We require 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for teardown. Please ensure venue access is available within this time frame. Delays caused by location access may shorten the session. Interior Access Truck interior access is only allowed with prior approval and a $300 deposit, which is non-refundable if access is granted. Interior use is limited to the client, photographer, and styling team. Guests, children, or unapproved vendors may not enter the truck. Any damage to the vehicle or displays will be the client's responsibility. Overtime If extra time is needed beyond the booked session, additional time will be charged at $250 per 30 minutes, subject to availability and must be paid on the same day. Photo Usage AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to take behind-the-scenes photos and use any images of our truck setup for promotional purposes (including those shared by the client or photographer publicly), unless the client provides a written request to opt out prior to the shoot.
