AliceBlue’s Flower Truck makes the perfect backdrop for your next photoshoot! Whether it’s for engagement photos, maternity sessions, branding shoots, or simply capturing something special, our vintage 1972 VW truck adds a whimsical, floral touch to any scene. Styled with seasonal blooms and soft details, Grommy is ready to bring charm and character to your shoot. Photoshoot Truck Rental Starting at $199/hour Available Tuesday to Friday (Truck Season: mid-June to end of September) The flower truck will be delivered to your chosen location. 1 staff member on-site to assist during the shoot. Minimum 2-hour booking Options: • Truck only (no flowers): $199/hour • Half-loaded flower truck (passenger side floral display): $750/hour (Includes all the flowers for you to keep) • Full-loaded flower truck (passenger side + rear floral display): $900/hour (Includes all the flowers for you to keep) • Access to the inside of the truck: $300 deposit Additional Info: • Mileage charge: Towing service is mandatory for event location more than 15km from studio +$300 +$5/km • Booking includes one location only. Additional locations may be subject to extra charges. • After the photo shoot, you may choose to take all the flowers home, or opt not to for a $200 discount off the final price. - Please note: We do not provide bouquet wrapping services for photo shoots. If you plan to take the flowers home, please bring your own buckets or vases. • Bookings outside of truck season may be considered depending on weather and availability – please contact us directly ***Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a booking.***
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled session. If payment is not received on time, AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing via email. • 14+ days’ notice: Eligible for rescheduling within the same truck season (subject to availability) • Less than 14 days: Treated as a cancellation with no refund or rescheduling Weather Policy – Photoshoots Our vintage truck cannot operate in rain or high humidity. No tent or indoor setup is available. If rain is forecasted, clients may: • Reschedule to another date within the same season, or • Cancel for a 50% refund (only if requested 14+ days in advance) If it rains within 2 hours before or 1 hour after the start time, AliceBlue Florist may cancel the truck setup. If rescheduling isn't possible, the booking is considered canceled. Vintage Vehicle Disclaimer Due to the nature of our vintage vehicle, unforeseen issues may arise that affect its performance or transport. AliceBlue Florist reserves the right to substitute the truck with an alternate display or setup if necessary. In the rare event of cancellation from our end, a full refund will be issued. Permissions & Approvals Clients are responsible for securing any required permits or approvals from the city or venue. Failure to do so resulting in delay or cancellation will not be refunded. Setup & Access We require 30 minutes for setup and teardown. Please ensure timely access to the venue. Any delay caused by access issues may shorten the session. Truck Interior Access Interior access must be approved in advance and requires a $300 deposit (non-refundable if granted). Access is limited to the client, photographer, and styling team. Guests, children, or unapproved vendors are not allowed inside. Any damage is the client’s responsibility. Overtime Extra time is $250 per 30 minutes, subject to availability, and must be paid the same day. Photo Usage AliceBlue Florist may take behind-the-scenes photos and use any publicly shared images for promotional purposes, unless the client opts out in writing prior to the shoot.
